Delete your Marilla account

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the Marilla Travels app.
2. Open More, then Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the request.

Cannot access the app?

Submit this request using the email address registered to your account. We will contact you to verify ownership before completing deletion. You do not need to reinstall or open the app.

Prefer email? Write from your account address to [email protected].

What deletion means

Deletion removes your account and associated profile data, saved travelers, saved payment authorizations and uploaded account content. The action cannot be undone.

We may retain limited booking, payment, fraud-prevention or tax records only where required by law or needed to resolve an active transaction. Those records remain protected and are deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
