Limitation of Liability Amount

If, despite the foregoing, liability is imposed on Marilla Travels, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to Marilla Travels during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD $100.

Exceptions
